Dead on Arrival (DOA) Refund Policy
In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product that is dead on arrival (DOA), we offer a 3-day refund policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a DOA refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be reported as defective or damaged within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- The product must not show any signs of misuse, physical damage, or tampering caused by the buyer after delivery.
- The product must be in its original packaging and condition, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.
- The Buyer must provide proof of the issue, such as clear photos or videos showing the product’s defect or damage.
How to Request a DOA Refund
- Contact Seller: If your product is dead on arrival, please contact the seller.
- Provide Documentation: Provide clear photographs or videos of the product showing the defect or damage, along with the items serial number and mining logs if applicable.
- Review Process: Our team will review the information provided and determine if the product qualifies for a refund.
Refund
- If the product is confirmed to be DOA, you may be eligible for a full refund.
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Return Shipping
- If a return is necessary, you will be provided with a prepaid return shipping label for sending the DOA product back to the Seller.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
Exclusions
This policy does not apply if:
- The product is damaged due to improper handling, installation, or maintenance after delivery.
- The product shows signs of wear and tear or damage caused by the Buyer.
- The defect or issue was disclosed to the Buyer prior to purchase (e.g., in the case of refurbished or open-box items).
Note:
- The 3-day period begins the day the product is delivered and not when the product is opened.
- Any refund or partial refund after the 3 day period will up to the sellers discretion.
